Artificial intelligence is generating significant attention across the tax profession, but separating practical applications from marketing claims can be challenging. This session examines how AI is currently being used in tax practices. We’ll consider where it can provide value, and where limitations and risks remain. Attendees will gain a realistic understanding of today's AI capabilities and learn how to evaluate emerging technologies that support accurate tax preparation and research. We’ll also explore how responsible use of technology can strengthen client service.
